---In the opener, Pentagon Jr makes his return to Ultra but falls to Rob Van Dam when RVD hits the FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH for the win. RVD earns a title shot at Keith Lee and the Ultra title.
---Sami Callihan/Drake Younger over Jeff Cobb/Matt Riddle after Younger drops Riddle w/ DRAKE'S LANDING.
---Main Event: Ultra Women's Championship: Mercedes Martinez (c) retains over Saraya Knight in a **** matchup, winning w/ Three Amigas followed by the FISHERMAN BUSTER.

---Britt Baker/Chelsea Green vs Tessa Blanchard/Jordynne Grace went to a DDQ after a huge brawl around ringside, causing the referee to declare a DDQ finish.
---In a great match, Jack Cartwheel (*****) went over Jake Atlas (*****), winning w/ JACK ARROW and earning a shot at the LHW title.
---In the Main Event for the Ultra TT Championship, War Beast (c) retained over Sandman/Masada in a bloody war. Sandman/Masada beat Josef Samael to a bloody pulp but could not put him away. Both teams brawled on the floor during the final minutes of the match and Josef caught Masada flush with a Fireball as Jacob Fatu leveled Sandman with one of the title belts. Back in the ring, Fatu lands the BEST SAMOAN MOONSAULT EVER on Masada to retain the titles. ....Coming up on Episode #49 Britt Baker vs Chelsea Green vs Jordynne Grace vs Tessa Blanchard....Winner gets a Women's title shot on Episode #51 Chris Bey/Scorpio Sky vs Sam Adonis/Gringo Loco Ultra HW Championship: Keith Lee (c) vs Rob Van Dam |

Episode # 49
---Tessa Blanchard over Britt Baker & Chelsea Green & Jordynne Grace after Blanchard pinned Green to win the match. Grace leveled Green w/ FALL FROM GRACE but Blanchard swooped in and tossed Jordynne over the top rope to set up the finish. Blanchard & Grace had words afterwards.
---Sam Adonis/Gringo Loco over Chris Bey/Scorpio Sky when Adonis hits Bey w/ the 450 SPLASH.
---Main Event: Ultra HW Championship: Keith Lee (c) retains over Rob Van Dam after surviving both Rolling Thunder & Van Daminator before rallying back to win w/ the SPIRIT BOMB.

Episode #50
---Killer Kross w/ Scarlett blitzes Joey Janela in the opener, winning w/ the DOOMSDAY SAITO. Afterwards, Keith Lee makes an appearance and wants Kross as his next challenger for the heavyweight title.
---Ultra LHW Championship: A dominating performance by the champ as Roderick Strong (c) takes down Jack Cartwheel w/ a vicious SICK KICK to retain the title.
---Main Event: Sami Callihan/Drake Younger go over Pentagon Jr/Rey Fenix after Sami catches Rey w/ the CUERNO KILLER for the finish. War Beast hit the ring and a huge brawl breaks out to end the show. War Beast will defend the titles against Sami/Drake in two weeks.

---A Death Match starts the episode as Nick Gage puts Ace Romero through a pane of glass w/ a Super Plex.
---Killer Kross/KTB w/ Scarlett go over Keith Lee/Swerve Strickland after hitting Strickland w/ GO TO BEAST.
---Main Event: Ultra Women's Championship: Mercedes Martinez (c) retains over Tessa Blanchard in a great match. Martinez eventually retains after locking Blanchard in a Dragon Sleeper for the finish.
