So, if all goes well, i will be doing another bootleg set with Werner's art this year. I have had several ideas and will be narrowing things down over the next little bit, so please watch here for a Poll or Two to help settle things.
As of now, I am 99.7% certain that Abdullah the Butcher and Buzz Sawyer will be on the short list...
Beyond that I am going to have two narrow it to 4-8 more names...
Feel free to put any ideas or suggestions here

As I mentioned to you in an e-mail... I would love to see the Funks and the Briscos all Wernerfied... Also Triple H and Tito Santana...
A few other wishes would be, Michael Hayes Buddy Roberts, and the Von Erichs (David, Kerry, and Kevin).
I could easily go on... But I will leave it there for now...☺

Abby and Buzz are awesome names to start with. Wow! Funks and Briscoes would be good too. As I also mentioned in my EMail, any Japanese Wrestlers would be a plus. “HotStuff” Eddie Gilbert, Jerry Lawler, Alex Shelley, Hieracon & More AWA talent. Thanks again. Love your stuff

Well I'm always a vintage fan but I like Memphis and Hardcore as well so anyone who fits any of those is good to me. Some British stars are always appreciated as well.

So, update... Voting continues for another cpl weeks on which Japanese start will be joining us...
There will be 1-2 European stars (both had at least moderately successful runs in the USA, but made their strongest marks in Europe and later in Japan...
1 female wrestler will be joining us (debating between another vintage female or perhaps a luchadora)
Sawyer and Abby are in, for sure and certain...
I am shying away from a tag team this time with the recent influx between official and quality boots... though there were several who had early consideration
Les Thornton is at the top of the contenders currently, with Al Perez also likely to make the final cut...
So, that makes 7-8 on the definite list and another 2-3 to be decided on...
Still taking suggestions and requests... and possibly 1 more poll to help fill the last spot(s) on the set...

You guys will be pleased to know, i have been researching on the good Farmer and IF I feel I can get enough information to make a good quality boot, I will be adding him to the list. No promises he will make this years set, but it is definitely a possibility

OK, so I just heard from Werner and he is in the middle of the new LOW set (WOOOHOOOO!!!!!) and is waiting to hear the rest of the names in the set so he can finish it up then he will get to work on the art for mine, so that is where we are at on that. As soon as he lets me know we are up and running I will start posting some preview art. But with any luck we should be getting within a couple weeks (I am hoping).
