(quick version)
I am a 44 year old rural Minnesotan, with 4 kids (6 to 20), and (gulp) another one on the way this summer....Also a (pretty much former) musician and song writer, I spent 20 years in a Trash Metal band and a Punk Rock band, with much of the same members from each. But then my fourth kid and.... That life got put on the shelf.
As for my career, I am a life long member of the Direct Care field, I take care of mentally disabled guys in group home settings. I spent 5 years also with SOMN (special olympics), but my son kinda took that down with the other stuff lol... So at this stage I am almost exclusively on overnights, by myself, which provides me with an insane amount of free time every night to enjoy these super dorky and beautifully excessive hobbies.
Also, I'm every bit as much of a sports nerd stat geek as I am wrestling, and that will be a reoccurring element that plays out in my Feds for sure. It was Strato and APBA that started me off on my love affair with tabletop gaming (which has a certain charm to me that video games have never fully replicated). I found COTG in 1992, and bought the starter and 1st expansion. It held a regular spot in my gaming rotation for about two years before the usual teen to early adult stages put that stuff on hold. That would have been about 1994-95, and although I wouldn't pick it up again for over 20 years, I never forgot about it, and would often recall fondly the streamlined yet nearly perfect mechanics of the game. Seeing the color Legends bowled me over and here I came in mid 2018ish...
Haha "quick version"...I don't expect anyone to invest much into this part, but I enjoy setting the table for projects to help elaborate on my sometimes eclectic points of view. I'll add more crap to this in time.
