Rahl Ratings

I know that these ratings are subjective, and I know that some people don't use them or care and some people live and die by them... most of us hang out in the middle. However, they are an integral part of the Filsinger Canon now, so (with the amazing and unending assistance of the one and only @wtic ) I will start getting the Rahl's up here for the boots I make.
